Order Confirmation
When you finish checking out, we'll give you an order number. At this point, consider it a 'maybe' because your order isn't confirmed yet. It will be as soon as we approve your payment. Once your order is confirmed, you'll find an order confirmation email in your inbox.
Order Tracking
Once your payment gets the green light, we'll send over that order confirmation email. As soon as we ship your order (usually within 24 business hours), we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. You can keep an eye on your order using this email.
Import and Custom Clearance
Different countries have different rules about imports. Please make sure the products you purchased can be imported into your country.
Inspecation Upon Delivery
When your order arrives, check the packaging for any damage. If it looks like something's wrong, don't accept the shipment. Let us know by emailing our customer service at hey@theblock.hk.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no cost and without giving a reason, as long as it hasn't been dispatched for delivery. We start processing orders almost immediately, so if you need to cancel, get in touch with our customer service at hey@theblock.hk ASAP. If we can cancel your order successfully, we'll let you know by email.
Out Of Stock Items
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any order. In rare cases, even if you've received an order confirmation, we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this happens, we'll let you know by email and arrange a cancellation and refund.
